The Journal

Twice annually, our Society publishes The Journal, which features articles by members and local historians. Readers can learn more about the area’s rich legacy and gain an understanding of life over the past century through reader favorites such as “100 years ago.” The Journal has been recognized by the Arkansas Historical Association.

Membership benefit

Established in 1977, the publication has become well-known for its role in helping to preserve and promote local history. Society members each receive a complimentary copy of each issue, as a benefit of membership.
