Make plans to attend the Fort Smith Historical Society’s March Meeting! This month’s presentation will feature historian, author, and well-known journalist Ben Boulden. The topic will be a not-so-well-known crime from the region’s past – the Texas Road Gang and the murder of Wiley Jackson.
The meeting will be held on March 17 in the First Floor Community Room of the Main Branch of the Fort Smith Public Library. Doors will open at 5:30 with the program and meeting to follow at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Members and guests are invited to attend.
